IMPACT PERSONAL TRAINING

Fitness Boot Camps

 

 

Fitness Boot Camp for all fitness levels and ages.  

It is never too late or too early to get started!

 

**We are currently conducting surveys to see if there is enough interest in a particular area to start up another Bootcamp.

 

What you Can Expect:

  1. One hour a day (Monday through Friday 5:15-6:15 am) for 4 weeks.
  2. FREE T-shirt & nutrition seminar.
  3. Expected results when you complete camp are:
    • 3-5% reduction in body fat,
    • 5-12 pounds of weight loss,
    • 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection,
    • 25% improvement in endurance,
    • 25% increase in strength,
    • greatly improved posture,
    • better relaxation, and
    • 100% gain in self-confidence.

Classes can consist of:

ü       Running

ü       Calisthenics

Ø      Push Ups

ü       Par Course

ü       Games, and more...

 

So no matter what your fitness level, beginner to advanced, we have an awesome work out for you.


Boot Camp is great for:

All we ask is that you show up ready to work, and we will take care of the rest.

 

Boot Camp is to ensure that you, the client, gets the very best instruction out there, so that  this does not become just another time that you tried to get into shape and failed,
